Tuesday Club

A visual arts group

Tuesday Club has been running for over 20 years. This visual arts group allows our participants to explore visual creativity in a safe and friendly space.

Aimed at adults with learning disabilities.

£45 per month

Inky Fingers

Inky Fingers is a repurposing project with high environmental and social values.

Tuesdays 1.30-4pm

27 Paris Street

Inky Fingers creates work for sale like notebooks and gift tags using recycled materials. Tasks involve measuring, cutting, binding and gluing using a variety of machines and tools. 

A community group, currently working with adults with learning disabilities.

No charge.

Thurspians & Thurspians Too

Drama groups which take place on a Thursday.

Through drama we encourage working and playing together, with an emphasis on developing community, increasing self-confidence and improving social skills.

Story into Art

A mixed creative group

Fridays 10.30am-12.30pm

Exeter Phoenix, Gandy Street

A session in which we explore stories, poems, themes and ideas as inspiration for discussion and our artistic creativity.

Aimed at adults with mild learning disabilities/neurodivergence who like a calm group to share artistic experiences together.

Open Studios

A creative and social workshop

Mondays 2-4pm Exeter Phoenix

Thursdays 2-4pm 27 Paris Street

A friendly space where people can paint, draw or create without pressure.

This is a workshop space to work on your own choice of art. It is not a taught session, but guidance is available from our artists. Aimed at those who are experiencing social isolation or who are working towards healthier mental wellbeing.

£4 per session

Honiton Project

Full days of arts activities in Honiton

Thursdays 11-4

Dunning Court, off Dowell Street, Honiton

In Honiton we run a full day of creative activities each week, delivered by a range of trained artists, musicians and drama practitioners.

Aimed at adults with learning disabilities.

£105 per month for one full day a week

Exmouth Extraordinary Theatre Company

A drama group based in Exmouth

Fridays 2-4pm

Community Church Exmouth, Market Street, Exmouth

Exmouth Extraordinary Theatre Company uses drama to build self-confidence and have fun. The group are getting back into performing.

Aimed at adults with learning disabilities.

£40 per month
